Solutions originally developed by us have been offered for more than 60 years. Our range of micro drilling units is divided into two main categories: units that process cold material and those that process hot material. In addition, we have devised specific solutions to carry out multiple processing or processing of special materials, such as plastic corrugated sheets, eco-skins or microfibers. To make holes from 1 to 150 millimeters, we have developed several series of units that can meet multiple requirements depending on the industry or specific need, such as holes in mulch materials or more technical ones such as specific shapes (handle, euroslot, etc.).

The units are easily integrated on any production line or machinery. In addition to classic circular holes, shapes such as euroslot or handle holes for bags, butterfly holes, or holes with cutouts can be made.

To cope with the latest developments in terms of state-of-the-art packaging, we have devised laser technology machinery capable of meeting the increasingly complex demands for applications in the field of packaging, in the food industry, especially in the area of Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP), used to increase product preservation.

Again, our experience has guided us in designing solutions for cross-cutting of film materials. Machines with electronic system with touch screen for complete production management and allowing processing such as easy opening systems for different applications such as garbage bags and baking or blotting paper, toilet paper or kitchen rolls.

As with pre-cutting units, LaserPin offers solutions for cuts in the material sliding direction (longitudinal). The units can work in tow or be motorized. Equipped with circular blades of different materials and teeth according to customer specifications.

We have been producing complete fibrillator bars, cylinders and rolls since the 1950s. Designed and created in-house and also on custom orders handled by our technicians based on customer drawings. We offer solutions for an increasing number of industrial applications, especially in the textile, roping, and artificial turf sectors.

The first branch developed among the various Miatex/LaserPin technologies. From classic trapezoidal bars, to later developed and improved ones, to specific needle cylinders, wire guide bars and complete shafts/rollers made… LaserPin’s offering is 360°!

For decades now, LaserPin has continued the production of embossing units, both cold and hot, and bronze cylinders with pins to create embossing on material.

The main and most common functions are anti-skidding or decorative designs. The embossing machine can also be used for micro-perforation by replacing its cylinders with special ones, also made by us. Simple in design and concept but with high performance and excellent value for money.

LaserPin develops unwinder/winder machine solutions. Offline systems capable of hosting our material llalvoration units but also working as an entry level cutter.

In 2023, the former Miatex model was redesigned by presenting a compact machine with safety systems and updated technology. Touch screen PLC with integrable system for using drilling or cutting units. Capable of working with coils up to 1000mm diameter, single-station model with basic or professional cutting option.

LaserPin’s technical team has also prepared a dual-station model for more complex solutions to accommodate more than one material processing unit (e.g. micro + macro drilling), professional cutting with interchangeable heads (blade/scissor), semi-automated loading/unloading systems, and more!
